I graduated from Webster University with a BSc in Business Administration, an MBA and an MSc in Finance. The flexibility of the programs at Webster allowed me to earn sequential master degrees. This was crucial for me to pursue my goals in academia and my career. Webster University gave me access to an education with a global perspective. It also allowed me to have a solid foundation in my field of study. While completing my master thesis in finance, I received essential and valuable support from Dr. Nikolaos Antonakakis. He guided me through every step of my thesis and studies overall. After graduation I started working at the United Nations headquarters in Vienna which would not have been possible without the education and experience I gained at Webster University. As I wanted to further pursue my goals in academia, I decided to apply to a Phd in Economics at Strathclyde University in Scotland for which I was accepted. The support of my professors at Webster University, mainly Dr. Antonakakis and Dr. Chatziantoniou, was vital for my application process. They were my thesis supervisors but also my references for my Phd application in Economics. Webster University was for me a gateway to success in my career but it also enabled me to pursue my dreams in academia, namely a Phd in Economics.

The MSc in Finance program offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive foundation and subsequent depth in the field. The MSc in Finance is a CFA Program Partner and closely follows the CFA level 1 exam curriculum. The high quality of this graduate program drives our students to success in investment banking, private equity firms and hedge funds.
